The liver cleanse diet are also known as detox diet because this type of diet leads to detoxification process in our body. Basically detoxification is a process of flushing out the toxins and other unhealthy substances from our body especially the liver.

As we all know that liver being one of the key organs in our body performs detoxification functions as it serves as the body’s filter. It is a very important organ in which every substance of our system finds its way to and through. Over a period of time, our body’s filter can become clogged due to regular accumulation of toxins. The over burdened liver will there by lead to inefficient functioning of our filtration system. Hence a liver cleanse diet for liver helps in increasing the efficiency level of our liver and in turn helps improving our overall health and weight.
