In general toxins get accumulated in our body via the food and drinks that we consume on daily basis. The toxins slowly get stored in our organs such as liver which helps in filtering the blood and also helps in protecting the other parts of our system from the toxins. The accumulation of toxins over a period leads to reduce the efficiency level of the liver in eliminating the unwanted waste and the digestion of the food consumed by us which leads to toxin build up in other tissues and organ. The liver cleansing diet consists of all the nutrients essential for liver cleansing and to increase the efficiency level of the liver.

The liver cleansing diet basically includes healthy wholesome fibre rich foods such as vegetables and fruits which are well known to be rich in fibre. Consumption of organic fresh fruits and vegetables facilitates our body enzymes in creating healthy cells and drinking of fresh fruit and vegetable juices facilitates the body with vitamins and enzymes which does not require our liver to over strain during the process of absorption.
